was a good one. i did my workout and bible reading the way that i was supposed to. went to the hall. and when i did i spoke with one of the brothers about being reinstated. and he said to keep up the good work, and that they are looking for my REGULARITY at the meetings. i pray about devin and i. i think about my situation a lot. i THINK about it. i refused to be CONSUMED by it to the point that i cant move and i am saddened and depressed. i can tell that i am relying on jehovah more with matters. needless to say we messed up with celibacy. all i can say is that i will keep trying. i can tell that he wanted to do right also, he tries to help...but he is a man. lol. we are going to have to piggie back off of each others strength.
i love working out! ooooo i read my spiritual books while walking. this week, i went to the gym instead of doing the walk at home thing. saturday i ran 2 miles, tonight i did the same. lol. i love how my abs feel! ooooooo...i love my personality! i feel GOOD! happier. less, stressed with shit on my mind. i mean, i feel like, i can HAVE the stuff on my mind, but i can WORK IT OUT and not get all overwhelmed and sad. i even have afavorite treadmill! already!
Come know the struggles and triumphs in my life as a new mom. She's the sweetest most precious little girl ever. It gets no better then this.

Pleasent Dreams
I have noticed lately that since i have been doing my bible reading regularly, praying and working out that even my dreams are pleasent. you know, negativity, toxitity (is that a word? lol) and unholiness, can become so evident in your life. you know your thoughts and brain are full of toxic thoughts when you have nightmares. i was having nightmares for a while. as a matter of fact. i felt that dreaming was stupid, because everytime I did it, it was bad. but that was just my body battling with negative thoughts, that was my spirit battling with not being focused on jehovah. when you are physically not in shape, not taking care of your body and constantly feeding it bad food ,it lets you know by yeilding tumors, being weak, life less, energyless, discharges, and all types of stupidity. the same goes for your mind, when you constantly think about negativity, when you read negagtivity, or dont have your mind FIXED on spiritual matters/ things it will YIELD (give back) that stuff in bad dreams, bad thoughts, depressions. think about it. makes sence??
look at me, after my work out i feel all smart and intelligent. I AM! lol
so think positivly, meditate on jehovah, read your bible and pray...and may you have sweet pleasent dreams!

Just writting
i have started a regular exercise rutine of walking/ running to take care of my body while on my spiritual journey. it only makes sense to take optimal care of what you use to praise god with. lol. i have doing many spiritual things lately. all things for jehovah. lol. its been fun. celibacy is going good. even though its only been a day. lol. but i am praying real hard to stay on it. if i died tomorrow. i want be able to look at my creator and say SOMETHING. say "this is what i did for you" "this is how i obeyed you lord". i pray also for a calm spirit. especially this week because i am PMS'ing. and you KNOW how CRAZY and unspiritual i can get. i refuse to let that happen again this month. i am stayign onmy path. and i wont fuss at devin. i keep meditating and doing my affirmations.
Breastfeeding and Exercise

Does exercise affect milk supply or nutrient content?
Does lactic acid increase in breastmilk after exercise?
Will baby refuse the breast after mom exercises?
Exercise guidelines for breastfeeding mothers
Additional information
Research
Does exercise affect milk supply or nutrient content?
No. Studies have shown no difference in the volume or composition of the milk or babies' weight gain. One study showed a slight increase in milk supply for the women who exercised regularly, but because of the small size of the study this increase may not be significant.
Does lactic acid increase in breastmilk after exercise?
Research has not shown a noticable increase in lactic acid buildup after moderate exercise (50% & 75% intensity). The lactic acid in breastmilk does increase somewhat if mom exercises to maximum (100%) intensity, also described as exhaustive exercise. This increase may be present up to 90 minutes post-exercise. There are no known harmful effects for the baby.
Will baby refuse the breast after mom exercises?
Most studies have found no difference in acceptance of the breast, even after maximum intensity exercise.
Although a highly publicized 1992 study indicated that baby might fuss or refuse expressed milk from a mom who had been exercising at 100% intensity, the results were questionable because the babies were fed the milk by dropper (unfamiliar to these babies), and the mothers reported that the babies had not had problems with nursing after exercise in the past. A more recent study showed no change in infants' acceptable of mom's milk an hour after exercise, even for the moms who exercised at maximum intensity (and thus did have a slight increase in lactic acid in their milk).
Dr. Ruth Lawrence, in her most recent volume (Breastfeeding, A Guide for the Medical Profession, 1999 edition) says that there is no reason to wait to nurse after exercising.
Exercise guidelines for breastfeeding mothers
For your own comfort, you may wish to nurse before exercising and wear a good, supportive bra (especially during strenuous exercises such as running, jumping, etc).
Some babies don't like nursing when mom has been sweating (due to the salt on mom's skin) so you may wish to rinse your breasts or take a shower before nursing.
If you regularly lift weights or do other exercises involving repetitive arm movement and you develop plugged ducts, cut back and start again more slowly.
Keep yourself hydrated.

Breastfeeding and Exercise
Begin your weight loss program slowly when you are breastfeeding. Increase your activity level and eat less fat and sugar and more fruits and vegetables. Try to take in at least 1,800 calories each day, and definitely no less than 1,500 calories. Even moderate dieting during lactation can help you lose 4-5 pounds each month, but don't expect to lose body fat until about 2 weeks postpartum. The weight you lose immediately after birth is usually fluid loss. Mothers who breastfeed more frequently lose weight faster than mothers who nurse less often, and mothers who nurse for shorter periods of time tend to lose weight more slowly than mothers who nurse longer. You may get lucky and find that you can eat more than you ever could before and still lose weight while nursing. That was the case with me, but I did find that eating a whole container of Ben and Jerry's before bedtime every night kept me from losing weight as quickly as I would have liked.
Despite one highly publicized but very questionable study about exercising during lactation, there is NO evidence that moderate exercise is anything but beneficial for nursing mothers (or anyone else, for that matter.) Plan to exercise after nursing so your breasts won't be full and uncomfortable. Wear a supportive sports bra. Drink a glass of water before and immediately after exercising. Drink more in hot weather. If you regularly lift weights or do other exercises involving repetitive arm movement, start slowly. If you develop plugged ducts, cut back and start again more slowly. Rinse off your breasts before nursing - some babies don't like the taste of the salt. Take walks with your baby. If you carry him in a backpack, his extra weight will use up even more calories. Weather permitting, go for lots of walks - this counts as exercise and gets you out of the house as well. It the weather keeps you inside, try carrying your little one in a sling while you do housework - and try dancing with him. You may feel silly, but he'll love it and so will you. Nobody will see you, and postpartum mothers are supposed to act a little bit goofy - the technical term is "baby brain".

Peppermint Tea: i am drinking it now
Peppermint tea

Peppermint tea is a drink that is either a mixture of tea and peppermint (Mentha piperita) or a tisane (infusion) of peppermint alone. This drink is said to have health benefits. It is sometimes called mint tea, a phrase that could also refer to tea. Tea made solely from peppermint leaves is naturally caffeine-free, but if blended with Camellia sinensis leaves it will contain caffeine.
A tea made from blending peppermint and spearmint leaves is referred to as a Doublemint tea.

Though there have been no human clinical trials on the health benefits or risks of peppermint tea[1], some believe peppermint tea has healing effects, as a result of the menthol that it contains. It is said to ease such problems as irritable bowel syndrome, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headaches and baby colic; for this last, breastfeeding mothers are sometimes recommended to drink the tea themselves, in the belief that its benefits will be passed on to the baby in the breastmilk. Its minty flavour can take the edge off bad breath. It is also said to control mild asthma, manage stress and ward off the common cold. In some countries, peppermint tea preparations list these proposed effects on their labels.
However, peppermint has muscle relaxant properties and therefore may relax the lower esophageal sphincter, allowing the contents of the stomach to move upwards into the esophagus. For this reason, patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are advised to avoid peppermint.
Peppermint contains B vitamins, calcium and potassium.
here is a wikipedia article on the benefits and concerns of peppermint tea. it is sooo relaxing and tasty!

today was a good day
i cant wait for this weekend. i am looing soooo farwrd to having one on one time with poots. i look sooo farward ro our days together. she is oooo wonderful to be around. her spirit calms me down, i enjoy teaching her, and allowing her to teach me. she teaches me freedom, and forgivness. but today poor thing kept getting in trouble. lol. now she knows how to go up the steps on her own at her grand parents house, and i keep telling her to stop and not to play on the steps before she falls and hurts herself. well she kept TRYING me. and a few times she would go on the steps and i would have to pop her thighs. i really want her to undestand that i am no poping her thighs to hurt her. that no matter what i ALWAYS love her. but she needs to understand that she cant do what i say not to. and im only telling her not to, because i dont want her to hurt herself. but she makes me sooo happy. she runs around the house screaming with her arms up in the air flailing all over the place. loool. and what i love about her is that even when i have to dicipline her, she never stays mad, she always wants to come and be under me an be my friends. lol. adults need to learn from children. the true nature of forgive and forget.
today devin and i decided on celibacy until we get married. for spiritual reasons. i really want holy spirit in the house and i feel that eliminating the things that god tels us not to do will get us there. it will sooth our spirit. he will cause change in our relationship and we will get married spiritually healthy, and happy. but of course my insecurities come into play. and satan puts thoughts in my mind. i think, "well, he is obviously not where i am spiritually, so dont force your changes on him too." "what if he leaves you because he wants sex and he is not ready to move in the direction you are". i am disreguarding thoe negative thoughts. if that is what he does oh well. we werent meant to be together. i am focusing on my relationship with jehovah. nothing eles matters. if he is ready to move with me and have holy spirit then so be it. we werent meant to be. we were unevenly yoked. i get peace from jehovah, i give his his worship and he blesses me. i do what he says, because i know its right and in return he will bless me with peace of mind.
